SET PUBLIC HEARING DATE
JULY 3, 1990 COUNCIL AGENDA ITEM 4f.
Pir.e Bend Development Co. , on behalf of Parker
Communications, Inc. , has submitted a preliminary plat to
accommodate the division and combinations of parcels,
involving the KTCJ-AM radio antenna project. The Planning
Commission has recommended approval of the Pine Bend
Development Co. Preliminary Plat. I would recommend the
Council set the Public Hearing to consider the p�at for
Tuesday, July 17, 1990, beginning at 8 : 00 p.m. or as soon
thereafter as possible.
