RE: ' Application for Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor Licenses
The city has received applications from Brockway Golf -Club, Inc.
for an on-sale and off=sale nori=intoxicating malt liquor (3.2
beer) licenses. City Code requires that a public hearing ;be held
to 'receive comment from the public an nan-�intoxicating and'
intoxicating liquor license applications. ,
The applications are in<-order. The applicant has paid the
required fees and submitted proof of liquor liability insurance.
�Iy recommendation to Couneil is to set a public hearing for
i�Iarch 6, 1990 at 8:00 p.m. to consider the anplications.

sale and an off-sale licsnse. The on�sale allows the club to
sell beer "apene3" for consumption in the club house, and the
off-sale allows the' club to sell beer "un-opened" for golfers"who
would want to take beer unopened out of the club house and anto
the golf course.
