because of the November 6 General Election. Public meetings cannot be Y�eld
between the hours of 6: 00 p.m. and 8s00 p.m. on an election day.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve under the Consent Agenda the
starting time of the November 6, 1990 Regular Council Meeting to
8: 00 p.m. _
