The Board of Appeals and Adjustments denied the variance petition
of Larry Newland, 1459Q Biscayne Way, for an exception to the
rear yard setback requirements for accessory buildings . Mr.
Newland has requested the City Council consider an appeal of this
decision.

�eginning at 8c00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible.
The public hearing listed below pertains to the following "

side yard setback in the R-1 District for accessory
bui?dings is i0 feet. �ear yard setback requirement for
buildings over 120 square feet in size is 30 feet.
