SUBJECT: Notice of retirement date
Upon receiving this letter you are hereby notified of my
intentions to retire from the Rosemount Fire Department effective
on my anniversary date March 16, 1990.
It is with mixed emotion that I write this letter. After 31
years, the Fire Department has become a way of life. I will miss
the fellowship and daily contact with a unique bunch of people,
the meetings and yes, even the drills. I will not however (not
for too long anyway) miss the pager going off at 2 AM.
The Rosemount Fire Department will have my support, both in my
capacity as Fire Chief, Koch Refining• Co. and as citizen of
Rosemount. Please feel free to call on me if I can be of any
assistance to you or the department.
Thanks to all of you for being a very unique part of my life.
Sincerely,
J
G. A. Uitdenbogerd
