RESOLUTION 1990-
A RESOLUTION AGCEFTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
INSTALLED UNDER PRIVATE CONTRACT FOR
CHELSEA WOODS ESTATES, PROJECT �511
WHEREAS, the City of Rosemount entered into a development
contrac� on July 25, 1989 with Eggum Investments, the developer;
and
WHLREAS, the development contract was for the platting and
development of CheZsea Woods Estates; and
WHEREAS, the developer elected to install public improvements
under private contract; and
WHEREAS, the public improvements were installed following city
approved plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the public improvements were inspected by city personnel
and found to be in compliance with the eity apprQved plans and
specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council. accepts the
streets and storm sewer constructec� within the Chelsea Woods
Estates Addition, Project #511 , for cont�.nual mai.ntenance.
