�c�zoni�g �nd Preliminary Plat for September 4, 1990 at 8:0� p.m. or as
�oo� ���r�aft�r as possible.
The Valley Wood Partners (William �olan & John Voss) have petitioned
the City for rezoning of an approximately 40 acre parcel of property
situated on the south side of County Road 38 abutting the Rosemount's
bour.dary with Apple Va11ey. Council would know this land as the
Mu?l�ry property. The requested rezoning is from the Agriculture
District to the Rural Residential District. The Planning Commission
has recommende3 ap�roval of the rezoning.
�'�ie rezoning petition has beer. submitted in conjunction with a
subdivisi�n proposal for an eight lot rural residential subdivision to
be called Valley Wood Estates . The Planning Commission has recommerded
approv�l of Valley Wood Estates preliminary plat subject to conditions .
It is r�quested by Staff that Council set a hearing to consider these
items as referenced in the recommer.ded motion indicated above.
