Attached please find curren� lists 'of committee members for the
Armory Committee and the Town Green Cammittee. As discuss�d at the
Januarq 2nd couneil meeting it seemed appropriate to consider the
re-appointment of all current members and consideration of
additional members.
Town Green Committee - It is my recommendation that a1I
current m�mbers be retained on the c:ommittee and that Dave
Bechtold, as Park & Recreation Department Dir�ctor be �dded
to the commi.ttee. The reason I would recommend adding Dave
would be to a11ow him to coordinate a11 activ3ties and
information regarding the committee' s research, discussion and
decision mak3ng proeess for city staff. His position as Park
& Recreat�.on Director will allow him to provide vital
information to the committee from a �'Park Uevelopment"
standpoint a1so.
Armorp Committee - I would recommend that the current
me►nbership ��f the Armory Committee be retained. I would
further reco+nmend that one additianal co�tncilmember (or Mayorj
consider becoming invalved in the committee' s wark and this
pro,�ect.
Recommectded action would be to approve the appointments of those
individuals listed for the Town Green Committee and to those
members of �he Armory Committee to includ:e an additi�nal.
