The aerial photography and stereo digitizing work s complete to a
point where our final costs are known. The Count� has this
information and is incorporating it into their system. Once this is
completed, which appears to be in March, 1991, we will have this data
available through the County in form of a City base map. We have
received copies of the new aerial photo's.
We are asking to make payment to the County so the Finance Department
can close out this item from C.I.P. rather than carrying it forward to
1991.
Amount budgeted in C.I.P.. (202-49002-01-586) was $60, 000. As you will
recall, $15, 000 was used to pay for additional costs for new Cat 950
, front end loader, leaving $45,000 for this item.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve payment in the amount of
$42,708.60 to Dakota County for GIS data.
COUNCIL ACTION:
APProved.
