This item consist of accepting streets and utilities within the
Country Hills 3rd Addition that we installed under a private contract
through the Developer, U. S. Homes (Orrin Thompson) .
Our representatives observed the construction and together with City
Staff inembers performed a final inspection. The result is that all
work was accomplished in accordance with the approved plans and
specifications and City Standards. The work performed is covered
under a 2 year warranty as stated in the Development Contract.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to accept the streets and utilities in the
Country Hills 3rd Addition for continual maintenance.
COUNCIL ACTION:
ApAroved.
