RE: ITEMS FOR THE JUNE 20, 1989 COUNCIL AtEETING
CONSENT AGENDA
Receive Cost/Order Assessment Ro11, Proect 181, Lift Station Ol4 Sanitarv
Sewer Extenson
This item consist of, adopting the attached resolution that spells out the cost to
be assessed, order the preparation of an assessment roll, and set a date for the
assessment heariag.
This project consisted of the extension of an 8" sanitary sewer line from Lift
Station 014, which is located on the west side of kIawkins Pond, to connect to an
existing crossing at Shannon Parkway. The project was built with the Hawkins
Pond Storm Sewer Project under City Contract 1988-2. Although this contract has
not been officially closed out, all the work has been completed for Projeet i81
and we feel we have a good hanale on the project cost.
Recommended action for Council to consider would be to adopt the attached
resolution receiving the cost, ordering an assessment roll and setting an
assessment hearing for July 18, 1989.
