Receive Feasibility Report/Order Public Hearing, Project 201
Limerick Way-Phase II Watermain
This item consist of Council reeeiving the feasibility report that was ordered
June 6, 1989 for Limerick crossing watermain construction, Praject 201. This
item also includes setting a public hearing date for this project.
Our representative from the consulting firm of S. E. H. , Inc. will be present to
provide a presentation summary of the report if Couneil desires.
Recommended action for Council to consider is to adopt the attached resolution
receiving the feasibility report and calling for a public hearing on 3uly 18,
1989.

A RESOLUTION R�CEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT OF CITY PROJECT
�201, LIMERICK WAY-PHASE II, WATERMAEN EXTENSION, AND CALLII3G FOR A
PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE PROJEGT
' WHEREAS, the City Council deemed it necessary and expedient that the Gity of
Rosemaunt, Minnesota, construct certain improvements, to-wit: City Project /�201,
Limerick Way-Phase II, Watermain Extension, in the Gity as described in and in
accordance with the feasibility report prepared by Short-Elliott-Hendrickson,
Inc. , Consulting Engineers; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by the Consulting Engineers that said
watermain extension project, City Project �/201 is £easible and should best be
made as propased, and the Consulting Engineers' report to this effect has
, heretofore been received by Council, and filed with the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the statute provided that no such improvements shail be made until the
Council has held a public hearing on such improvements following mailed notiee
and two publications thereof in the official newspaper stating time and place of
the hearing, the general nature of the improvement, the estimated costs thereof,
and the area proposed to be assessed, in aecordance with the law.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City �ouncil of the City of Rosemount that a
,.� public hearing be scheduled to consider City Project �d201, Limerick Way-Phase II,
Watermain Extension to be held on Tuesday, July 18, 1989, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. ,
or as close thereafter as possible, in the Council Ghambers of City Hall.
