Wippermann ( , � FROM: Stephan Jilk� j � DATE: Augus� 10, 19B i RE: Special Council Meeting ; � Based upon the Truth In Taxation statute interpretation by the Attorney General' s office and our budgeting process for the 1990 i budgets approval, I request you call for a special council , ; meeting on September 12 at 6 ;30 p.m. At that meeting staff wi11 ? present departmental budgets and be available to discuss proposed• ! budgets, both operating and CIP for 1990.
