� Based upon the Truth In Taxation statute interpretation by the
Attorney General' s office and our budgeting process for the 1990
i budgets approval, I request you call for a special council ,
; meeting on September 12 at 6 ;30 p.m. At that meeting staff wi11
? present departmental budgets and be available to discuss proposed•
! budgets, both operating and CIP for 1990.
Additional discussions and presentations will be held prior to
requesting adoption of the budgets and setting of levies , but
this special meeting will be set aside specifieally for that
purpose.
