SHANNON HILLS F'INAL Pi,AT Steve Fitterman, President of Ground Development Corp., developer of the Shannon Hills Planned Unit Deve}opment, has requested final plat approval for the first phase of that development (25 sing(e family lots). This prop�rty encompasses 80 acres situated north of 145th Street and east of Shannon Parkway. Mr. Fitterman has also suhmitted a petition to rezone the progerty from Agriculture to R-1 Singie Family Residentia) (see Item 7.). Enclosed with this review is a copy of the Shannon Hills Eina) plat and a copy of the resolution to authorize approval of the plat. The plat is in conformance with the Shannon Hills Preliminary PIaUPUD Plan and meets all zqning and subdivision ordinance requirements with the exception of lot frontage which was � modified to a minimum of 75' at yard setback by the PUD Agreernent.
