This item consist of accepting utilities and stree�s within the Cauntry Hills 2nd
Addition tha� were instailed by U. S. Romes under a privats contract. U. S.
Homes contraetor wa� Northdale Cot�struction and their engi.neers were RGM out af
Minnetonka. Our Consultants, S. E, H. , inc. , and Fublic Works Staff have
inspaeted �he projecL and f4und it ta be constructed in accorclance with City
Standards. There wiil be a one year warranty peri4d that will expire ane year
from Gouncils acceptance.
Recommended action far Council to consider is to accept utilir.ies anc� �treets
wi,thin the Country Hills 2nd Addition for contit�ual mainCenance.
