NEW BUSINESB:
Receive Bids/Award Contract for pro�ect # i98 contract � 89 - 6•
On May 11, 1989 we received bids for this pro3ect which consists-a� grading
and general construction of the northern portion of Jaycee Park. The lowest
respoasible bidder was aROWN AND CRIS with a bid-of $99,627.90.
Recommended action for the Council to consider would be to receive the bids
for Contract $9 - 6 to the lowest b3dder, Brown and Crfs in the amount of
$99,62y+90 and suthori2e the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the contract
documents.

BE "IT RBSOLVED by the City CQuncil of the City af Rosemount,
Minnesota, as follows;
i 1 . All bids on grading and utilitp construction of Jaycee
� Park - Phase I are hereby received and tabulated.

2, The bid of Brown & Cris in the amount of $49,627.9Q for
the` grading and utilitq constru�tion in aceordance with
� the plans and specifications and advertisement for bids
is the lowest responsible bid and shall be and h�reby
is accepted.

� 3. The Mayor and Clerk are herebp authoxi�ed and directed
� to enter into a eontrsct with 4aid hidder far the
' construction af said improvements for and an behalf of'
( the Citp of Rosemount.
