Subject: Deputy Registrar Position Appointment
Please find attached the °Employment Resume° for one Denise
� Werner.
Selection of Denise Werner was made after resume review by
; Jeff, Diana and myself to select seven to interview.
Following the interview process we allowed ourselves severa1
days to review and refleet on our candidates qualifications
; and arrived at this selection unanimously.
Please present this resume to the City Council at their
meeting on January 17, 1989 with our recommendation to
appoint Denise Werner to the position of Deputy Registrar
Clerk. To allow Diana to concentrate on training Denise we
are reeommending that Denise be welcomed aboard on February
6, 1989. This wi11 be the beginning of a payro1l period and
all of the monthly reporting for Motor Vehicle will be out of
the way.
Thanks for your assistance and support in upgrading our
department with the creation of the Deputy Finance Position.
This action will bear good fruit for years to come.
