City Pro 7ect 201
This item consist of Councils receiving the petition by 100� of the property
owners requesting the preparation of a feasibility regort £or a watermain
extension through proposed Limerick Way-Phase II development.
Attached petition is signed by the property owners, Richard & Emmet Carroll.
This petition will allow the City to have the plans & specifications prepared at
the same time the feasibility is prepared so that we can apgrove the plans &
specifications, the same night that the public hearing is held. This will meet
the developers timetable.
Recommended action for Council to consider is to receive the attached petition
and authorize the preparation of the feasibility report for Limerick Way-Phase II
Watermain Extension.

A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR LIMERICK WAY�PHASE 11 WATERMAIN
EXTENSION, CITX PRpJECT 201

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount has received a petition from
! the developez and property owners of the groposed Limerick Way-Phase II
� pertaining to watermain extension.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rosemount as
follaws: -
(1) the aforesaid petition represents 100% of the owners of the
affected property;
;
(2) the property owners request in the petition that the improvements
be constructed and that the entire cost for their share less the city's share of
the cost of the improvement be assessed against the property;
(3) the aforesaid petition is approved and placed on file; and
(4) the City Engineer is directed to have prepaxed the necessary
� feasibility report for the Limeriek Way development.
ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 1989.
