Attached petition is signed by the property owners, Richard & Emmet Carroll. This petition will allow the City to have the plans & specifications prepared at the same time the feasibility is prepared so that we can apgrove the plans & specifications, the same night that the public hearing is held. This will meet the developers timetable. I � NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rosemount as follaws: - (1) the aforesaid petition represents 100% of the owners of the affected property; ; (2) the property owners request in the petition that the improvements be constructed and that the entire cost for their share less the city's share of the cost of the improvement be assessed against the property; (3) the aforesaid petition is approved and placed on file; and (4) the City Engineer is directed to have prepaxed the necessary � feasibility report for the Limeriek Way development.
