As you may recall, Valley Oak Replat-Phase III consisted of 27 lots within the Valley Oak Replat Addition. The publ.ic improvements that were instailed under Project 180, City Gontract 1988-1 included watermain, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, curb & gutter, bituminous surfacing and street lighting. The total assessable cost amounted to $214,810,05 and were distributed equally among the 27 lots with the exception of the round off error of 21 cents being applied to Lot 5, Block 2.
