RE: Approval 'of On - Sale Non - Intoxicating Malt Liquor Licenses

Each season the Erickson Park softball fields are reserved for tournaments.
This summer we have 12 tournaments listed. Some are for adult softball and
others are for youth baseball, 3r, fast pitch softball for girls, sr. fast
pitch softball for girls, slow pitch softUall for girls, and ehurch league
slow pitch softball area league finals.
Koch Refining Co also has their annual tournament with Ashland 0i1 Co at
this area site.
Approval by the City Council for 3.2 beer licenses is required. Sue Johnsan
will issue the licenses as the tournament sponsors come in to pay the
license fees.
The dram shop insurance is purchased by the tournament sponsors through the
Minnesota Sports Federation. That policy has been applied for and will be in
effect by the first tournament date of April 21, 1989.

25 - 26 - 27 Mn. Sports Federatiom Class D Woaens State
