Mr. Bakker has had his residential kennel license for two years. I have inspected the premises and found everylhing to be in order. The icennel is physieatly located to khe rear of the l�l with 1O0 feet plus to the nearest structure. Mr. Bakker has four clogs currently with no immediate plans for any increase. Each dog has an individual run and shelter. The shelters are canstructed ta pravide shelter frora snn in the summer and cold in the winter. All dogs appear to be in good health and v��etl cared for. Fresh water and food is provided twice daily. A(l excrement and waste is disposed of from the kennels daily, and from the prernises weekly by a contract refuse hauter. The City has received no complaints of noise or disturbances resniting from the kennel. I recommend approval of this request for renewal.
