AN ORDINANCE AMENDTHG TITLE I, CHAPTER SI%, SECTION i-6-1 OF T8E ROSEMOUNT CiTY G4D8 - The Citp Council oF the Citq of Rosemount, Minnesota ordaine� as fallows: SECTIpN �.-6-1 . Tit1e I, Chapter 6 0€ the Rosemount Citp Cod� is 1 amended to read as £allows: 1-6-1 : SALARIES AND C�MPENSATION: i A. Salaries Established: Commencing January 1, 1990, the salaries £or Mayor and Council for the City shall be as follows: Maqor . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .: . . . . . . . . . .$350.00 per month Council. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .$904.00 per month a B. Per Diem Payments: Commencing January 1 , 1990, per diem in the amount of twenty dollars ($20.00) per meeting wi,ll be paid to the mayor and any councilarember who attends meetings in the City of Rosemount excluding regulariy scheduled council meetings. A per diem payment in the amount af twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per meeting wf11 be paid to the • �-- mapor and any city cauncilmember who attends .meetings outside the City of Rosemount. In addition to per diem far out of city meetings , expenses concurred while attending meetings while on city business will be reimbursed to the mayor and councilmembers. No more than one per diem pex day may be claimed. C.
