Rahn for on-sale and off-sale non-intoxicating malt liquor licenses for the Rich Valley Golf Club located on County Ro�d 42 East. Mr. Rahn would like to sell 3.2� beer and a 3.2$ beer base wine cooler at his club hou�e. The on-sale license a1l.ows the golf club to sell an opened can of beer, and the aff-sale license allows the galf el.ub to sell an unopened can of beer which would provide a convenient means for golfers who want to refresh themselves on the golf caurse. Mr. Rayrnond Rahn, owner of Rich Va11ey Golf Club, will be presen�t at the meeting. My recommendation is to pass a motion granting an on-sale non- intoxicating malt liquor license and an off-sale non-intoxicating malt liquor lieense to Raymond A. Rahn, to sell nan-intoxicating malt liquor at Rich Va11ey Golf Club effective April 19, 1989 through June 30, '{989. (Nate: beer license periods are July 1 thraugh June 30.
