thence north 150 feet, thence west 4 feet, lhence nn�-th 225
feet, thence wesC 31 fe�t, Chencc sc�utlt 225 fret , l.lirnc�
east 1 .25 feet, thence soutt� i50 Leet, thence east: 33.75
feet to the point of beginnir�g. Ttle above clescribec� land to
