VALLEY OAK ADDITION REFLAT NO. 2 - FINAL PLAT
Mr. 3ohn Kratz, President of Wind's Crossing Company, has submitted a
final plat for Valley Oak Addition Replat No. 2 Eo be considered by City Council.
The pretiminary plat for this subdivision was ap�roved by City Council at the
April 4th Meeting. Attac�ed with this review is a copy of the Final Plat and a
copy of the Resolution that staff has prepared which would authorize approvaL
This Final Plat proposes to divide Outtot C, of Valley Oak Addition Replat
(Wind's Crossingj into 4 parceis to allow constxuction of a Quad Home. Outlot C
is losated at the intersection of Chippendale, Cornetl Trail and 15fith Street
West. The proposed final plat is currrently zoned RM - Residential'Multiple and
is surrounded by other Quad Homes. The final plat .meets all zoning and
subdivision ordinance requxrements.
' Staff recommends approval of the VaL(ey Qak Addition Replat No. 2 Finat
Plat. Planning Commission recommendation wilt be provided to the City Gouncil
at the meeting.

WHEREAS, The City of Rosemount has approued the Valley Oak Addition i
Replat No. 2 greliminary plat; and �
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemount has +
recommended approval of the Valley Oak Addition Replat Na. 2 final plat. �
NQW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of
Rosemount h�reby approves the Valley �ak Additian Replat No. 2 [in�l
plat, subjcct to at� executed Subdivision Development Agreement.
Adopted this 18th day of April, 1989.
