R�-SET HEARING DATE FOR SHANN�N NILLS REZONING
Steve Fitterman, President of Grauntl Developrneat Corp., developer of the
Shar�non Hills PlaAned Unit DevelQpment, has requested finai plat approval for
the first phase af that developmeni (25 siagle family lots). This property
eacompasses 80 acres siluated north of 145th Street anci east of Shannon
Parkway. Mr. �itterman has also submitted a petiti�n tU rezc�ne the property
from Agriculture to R-i Singlp Family Residential,
Council had previously seE this public hearing for this meeting, however, the
public no[ice which was published to advertise the hearing inadvertently
displayed the wrong clatc.
Staff requests that Council re-set a �ublic hearing to c�nsicler rezoning of the
Shannan Hills Prc�perty for Au�ust 15, llti�I et 7:45 p.m. �r as so�n ihereafter as
possible.
