Our appraisal o£ the praperty came in at $20,IJ00. , The appraisal is based on the premise that the ultimate and best use for the property would be single familq and that the area we are requesting could be divided into two lots, which would indicate a purehase price of $10,000 per lot. I feel this is `reasonable because lots in this ares are selling for between $20,OOQ-$25,000 per 1ot. Subtracting the cost to develop the property including utilities, streets, street lights, grading, etc. which would amount to about $10,000-$12,000 would result in a basic lot cost of about $10,000. 4 Recommended action for Council to consider is to approve payment for this ; acquisition. i - . .. . . .. 3 . . . - . . .. . . . . . . .. . .. . . . .. . . .. . . .. . . . . . . . .. . . . .... . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ' . . . . . . . . . ..
