Our appraisal o£ the praperty came in at $20,IJ00. , The appraisal is based on the premise that the ultimate and best use for the property would be single familq and that the area we are requesting could be divided into two lots, which would indicate a purehase price of $10,000 per lot. I feel this is `reasonable because lots in this ares are selling for between $20,OOQ-$25,000 per 1ot.
