Receive Bids/Award Contract 1989-4, Vailey Oak Replat-Phase TV ,
On April 28, 1989 at lO:OQ a.m. we opened bids for this project, which consist of
public utility and street improvements. Richard Knutson, Inc. was the lowest
responsibl� bidder at $167,533.42. This is about 2% under the engineers estimate
an about 14� under the feasibility report estimate.
Recommended action for Council to consider i,s to receiue the bids for Contract
1989-4, Valley Oak Addition Replat-Phase IV and award the contract to the lowest
responsible bidder, Rzchard Knutson, Inc. , in the amount of $i67,533.42 and
authorize the Atayor and City Clerk to sign the contract documents.
