Enclosed with this review is a Copy of a Resolution to provide
Council authorization t4 establish a n�w fee schedule for various
Planning and Zoning re�ated items. Thi� matter was disctzssed at
the November 7th meeting and the fees reflected on the Resolution
were agreed upon by Council at that meeting,
Staff had not had a Resolution form pr�pared for the November 7th
meeting so Cauncil elected to place this item on this agenda as a
consent item in order to review the Resolution prior to adoptian.

i WHEREAS, the City Council, on September 19, 1989, adopted Ocdinance B -
City of Rosemaunt Zoning Ordinance which contains pravisions for variaus '
application fees to be established by Resolution of the City Council; and '
WHEREAS, the Ciry Council, at its meeting of I�Jovember 7, 1989, diseussed �
establishment of Planning and Zoning related fees; and j
