' SET HEARING nATE FOR SHANNON HILLS REZpNING
Steve Fitterman, President of Graund Development Corp., developer of the
Shannon Hills Planned Unit Development, has requested final plat approval for
the first phase of that development (25 single family lots). This property
encompasses 80 acres situated north of 145th Street and east of Shannon
Parkway. Mr. Fitterman has also submitted a petition to rezone the pr�perty
from Agriculture to R-1 Sing(c Family Residential.
Staff requests that Councit set a public hearing tc� consider rezoning �f the
Shannon Hills �'roperty far August 1, 1989 at 8:�0 p.m. or as soon thereafter as
possible.
