John Howard has expressed an interest in becoming a member of the Parks &
Recreation Committee. He has a deep interest in our park system and in the
recreational programs that we offer.
John has been an active member of the Rosemount Jaycee organization for many
years. He is one of the leaders in the Leprechaun Days programs and the
Halloween programs that are conducted each year.
I am asking the city council to move to appoint John Howard to the Parks &
Recreation Committee to complete the term of Barbara Brown who some time ago
resigned from her posit�on on the Committee.
