City Attorney Grannis contacted me regarding the payment of easement acquisition
from Mr. John Beckman resulting from the 130th Street. pyoject construc.ted. in
1987.' App�rentl�y Ptr. Grannis finally reached a final resolution with rtr. Beckman
in the amount of $450 as compensation for the easement.
Recommended action for Council to consider is to approve payment to John Beckman
in the amount of $450 for easement acquisition for 130th Street Improvements.
