SUBJ: Demolition Specification�s - Armory Site
Attached is a set of revised demolition specifications for Che removal
of structures (debris) at the future armory site. These have not been
cleared by the City Attorney as of this writing. We have not
attached the bid form or public notice document at this time. Our
intention is ta have notices submitted to the Tribane and
Constructian Bulletin next week. The 1�-day required notice would
allow bids to be received a�d opened July 31, 1989. The Council
could award bids as early as August 1, 1989.
