Authorize Feasibility Report for Valley Oak Addition Fond Storm Outlet�

This item cansist of requesting Council to authorize the preparation of a
feasibility report regarding what needs to be done to �rovicle a�t OU1:�EC to this
pond. I am requesting this because of recent events that occurred indicating the
need to pursue the storm water overflow outlet foz this pond.
Action for Council to consider would be to adopt the attaehed resolution ordering
the �reparation of the feasibility study for Project 197, Valley Oak Addition
Storm Pond Outlet.

VALLEY OAK ADDITION REPLAT POND STORM OUTLET
CITY PROJEGT 4{197
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount deems it
necessary to investigate the feasibility of a pand storm outlet
in the Va11ey Oak Addition Replat, City Project 197.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVEp, the City Engineer is directed to
have the necessarq feasibility report prepared for the Valley pak
Addition Replat Pond Storm Outlet, City Project �E197.
ADOPTED this 4th day April, 1989.
