WHEREAS, the Minnesota Environmental Quality Boarci h�s held a
publi.c hear�ng to receive :i.nput to tl�e site selectic�n f�r t}�e
project and� the written comment period i.s open until A�ril 7,

WII�It�AS, tlze Rosemount City Cc�uncil deems it in ttie 1�est interest
of t17� City of Rosemount and its citizens to adclress tl�e
perceived benefits of choosing the originally voted "preferred
site" and as described heretobefore .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Rosemount recommends that the s�uthern site not be in fl�rther
consideration �or this project ; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rosemount hereby supports the selection of the areferenced
"original preferred site" for the construction and opexation of
the Rosemount Cogeneration Project and that this rese�iuti.an be
submitted to :
