The eity has received renewal applications from the following
busineases for their respective liquc�r licenses for 199Q:
City Limits Lanes & Lounge - On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License
Sunday On-Sale Intoxicating L:tquor License
Shenanigans - Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License
On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor �3.cense
Sunday On-Saie Intoxicating Liquor License
Rosemount VFW - Club On-Sale Liquor License
Sunday On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License
Rosemount Aznerican Legion - C1ub On-Sal.e Liquor License
Sunday On-Sale Intoxicating Liquo� Lic+ense
Each of the above has submitted the required license fees and proof of
liquor liability. Basecl upon alI requirements being met by eaeh `
applicant and finding each renewal applieation in order, I recommend
apprQval of these applications for 1990 liquor licenses.

RE: Off-Sale Liquor License
On May 16, 4989 Cauncil approved an Of€-Sale Liqucar License for Larry
McFarland, d/b/a Mac's Battle Shop, subject to issuance of Certificate
of Occupancy and receipt of Certificate of Insurance.
I learned yesterday from Mr. McFarland the building is almost co�nplete,
and he plans to open sometime during the week of December 18. Build�.ng
Official Ron Wasmund advised me it is very feasible the bua.lding could
be finished before Christmas and a certificate of accupancy issued. If
�his is the case, an 1989 Off-Sale Liquor License far the remaining
- days in December will be issued to Mr. McFarland.
Yesterday I received Mr. McFarland' s Applieation for Renewal of Off-
Sa1e Intoxicating Liquor License £or 1990, along with the $154 fee.
I would request as an addition under Item 4(d) of the Consent Agenda,
that you approve this renewal application sub�ect to �eceipt of
Certificate of• Insurance.
