Pursuant to due call and notice �hereof a Speeia]. Meeting of the
City Council of the C�.ty of Rosemo�znt was d�ly held an Thursday,
Deeember 7, 1969, at 8:00 p,m. in the Council Ghambers of the
City Hall.
Mayor Hoke called the meeting to order with members Walsh,
Wippermann and 4xborough present. �ouncilmember Napper was
absent.
Mayor Hoke opened the public hearing regarding the 1990 Budget
and the 1990 levy.
