FROM: MICHAEL WOZNIAK, AICP, CITY PLANNER DATE: SEPTEMBER 15, 1989 SUBJ: SEPTEMBER 19, 1989 - REGULAR MEETING REVIEWS PUBLIC HEARING - 'WENSMANN FOURTH ADDITION - REZONING Mr. Herb Wensmaan, Devloper of the W�nsmann Additions PUD has petitioaed the City to rezone that property to be platted ' as Wensmann Fourth Addition. Enclosed with this review is a copy of the Wensmann Fourth Additioa finat plat. Cauncil will consider action on the finat plat as item 9a. under New Business. The plat which includes 31 single family lots is in full compliance :with the Wensmann Additions Preliminary P1atlPlanned Unit Development Plan, In the two years he has been buiiding in Rosemaunt, Mr Wensmann has shown an extraordinary ability to develop property and market lots and at this point has constructed over 100 homes of the total 206 lots in the entire PUD. The Planning Commission has recommended that the City Council approve rezoning of the property from Agriculture t4 R-1 Single Family Residential. � . Y� -- _r � . � . . . NUW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Rosemount hereby approves the Wensmann Fourth Addition final plat, subject to an executed Subdivision Development Agreement.
