9a. WENSMANN FOURTH ADDITION FINAL PLAT
Enclosed within the Council Packet :attached to the Item 6 review {Wensmann
Fourth Rezoning) is a copy of the Wensmann Fourth Addition Final Plat. The
Plat is in fuIl compliance with the Wensmann Additions Preliminary Plat/Planned
Unit Development Plan. The plat meets all zoning and subdivision ordinance
requirements with the exception of lot frontage which was varied ta a minimum
of 75' by the Wensmann Additions Planned Unit Development Agreement.
The Planning Commission has considered this plat and has recommended approval
of the plat subject to execution of a Development Contract.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. XVtI.3 - ZONING ORDINANCE
The City Council of the City of Rosemount, Minnesota ordains as follows:
S�;CTION I. Ordinance Na. XVII.3, adopted October 19, 19'72, eatitled, "Z(JNING
ORI3INANCE, VILLAGE OF ROSEMOUNfi, DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA," is
hereby amended to rezone from Agriculture District to R-1 Single Family Residential
the following described property located within the City of Rosemount, Mianesota,
to-wit:
That property descrfbed as Wensmann Fourth Addition
SESTION II. The Zoning Map of the City of Rosemount referred to and described
in said Ordinance No. XVII.3 as that certain map entitled, "ZONING Mt�P,
VILLAGE OF ROSEMOUNT, MINNESOTA," shall not be republished to show the
aforesaid rezoning, but the Clerk shall appropriately mark the said zoning map an
file in the Clerk's Office for the pnrpose of indicating the rezoniag hereinabove
provided for in this �rdinance and all of the notation references and other
information shown thereon are hereby incorparated by reference aad-made a part
of this Ordinance.
I' SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
publication according to law.
