9b. CARROLLTON 3RD ADDITIUN FINAL PLAT
The Rosemount Partners of Minneapolis have requested final plat approval for
Carrollton 3rd Addition. This plat is the `secand phase of the Carrollton 2nd
Addition Planned Unit Development and includes 40 single family lots. Phase I
af Carrollton 2nd Addition:included 39 lots, the total development will include
12b lots.
Enclosed with this review is a copy of the Carrollton 3rd Addition final plat and
a copy of the resolution for its approval which must be approved by City
Council. The property in question has previously been zoaed R-1 Single Family
Residential. The plat is in compliance with , the Carrallton 2nd Addition
Preliminary Plat/PUD Plan and meets alt zoning and subdivision ordinance
requirements with the exception of lot frontage which was varied to a miaimum
of 75' by the Carrollton 2nd Addition PUD Agreement.
The Planning Commission has recommended approval of the Carrollton 2nd
Addition final plat subject to an executed Development Contract.

WHEREAS, the City of Rosemount has approved the Carroliton 2ad
Addition preliminary plat/Planned Unit Development Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the Ciiy of Rosemount has
recommended approval of the Carrolltan 3rd Addition final plat.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of
Rosemount hereby approves the Carrollton 3rd Addition final plat,
subject to an executed Subdivision Development Agreement.
Adopted this 19th day of September, 1989.
