These three firms were chosen fromtthe °uestnforsgroposals�fo� proposals, in response to the citp s reQ �he g �,cial needs this pro�ect. The 'project include� reviewing P of the city to house a11 degartme&tRe��eation� Communityative, Police, Fire, Public Works, Park Development, and Finance and recommendiag actions to efficientlg and cost effectively develope expansion and construction plans to do so. , The citp team which interviewed the three nson�andsRondWasmund. myself, councilmember Wippermann, Dean :Joh We hoped the makeup of' this team allowed critical questioning from a1S aspects of the pro�ect. The three firms interviewed were: Winsor/Faricy, Architects, Inc. of St. Paul, Boarman and Associates of Minneapolis, and TKDA, Engineers, Architects & Planners of St. Paul. Based ugon the interviews and the writtem recommendsstheitted bp these firms some weeks ago, the city tea following: That the city award the contract to Boarman and Associates, 222 North Second Street Minneagolis, Minnesota for the completion o£ the "Space Needs Analysis" as ��t��tegndAthe their praposaL and the city' s RFP for this p � amount of the contract be $25,33�i. It was the unanimous consensus of the citp�mtlete�reviewaofatheAa Associates would provide the most open, c P space needs of the citp facilities working within the RFP set out for the pro�ect based on their experience and understanding of the city' s needs.
