Planned Unit Development, kas requested City approval of O'Leary's Hills Faurth
Addition a 31 lot Single Family Residential Subdivision which represer�ts the
fourth phase of the �'Leary's Hills Planned Unit Developrnent. Mr. Broback has
also petitiioned the City for re�oning �f plat fr�m Agriculture t� R-1 Single

Additi�ns represents the third phase of the ensmar�n Adc�itions PUD of 2tl(i
Single Family Homes.

Single Family Residential.

4i. SET HEARING FQR VALLEY OAK ADD[T 'ON REPLAT NO. 2
Mr. John Kratz, Presidenk of the Wind's Crossi g Company, Developer of Wind's
Crossing (Vatiey Oak Addition Reptat) has re uested apprvval of a Preliminary
Plat to subdivide'Qutiot C to t�uild an additi�n 1 quad home. Outtot C is located
at the intersection of Cornell Trail and i51st St and also at�uts Chippendale.
The proPosed subdivision will divide the outl t into 4 parccls to accommodate
construccian of a quad home.
Staff requests 'that City Council set a Public Hearing date to consider the Valley ,
Oak Addition Replat No. 2 for April 4, 19£i9, t be held in the Council Chambers
