SPECIAL MEETING
AUGUST 16, 1989
Fursuant to due ca11 ancl notice thereof a special meeting of �he Gity
Council of the City Qf Rosemount was duly held on Wednesday, August 16,
1989, at 6:30 p.ra. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall.
Mayor Hoke called the meeting to order wi�h Councilm�+mbers Walsh and
w3.ppermann present. Counc�lmember Napper arxived a� 7:30 p.m.
The pux�pose of the meeting was to review the proposed language in the I
new zoning ordinance regarding waste management dis�ricts and interim I,
permits to construet industrial waste containment facilit�.es. The
sections rearding these prov3.sions is Section 3,2, 6.i5, 11 .13, 14.10. '
City Planner Mike Wozniak and Community Development Director Dean
Johnson presented di.scussion on tl�ese sectiflnr�, and the Counci.�
reviewed and diseussed proposed l,anguage in preparation for the public
hearing on August 29, 1989 to recc�ive :input an this matter.
