Mr. Herb Wensmann, I}evetoper of Wensmann Additions Planned Uait
I7evelopment, has petitioned the �ity to cezone that property which will be
platted as Wensmann Fourth Addition. This subdiuision will cantain 31 single
. family lois and will conform to the Wenmann Additions PUD/Preliminary Plat
which was previously approve�t by City Council.
Staff requests that City Council set a public hearing date af Septernbet 29, 1989
at 8:00 p.m, or as soon thereafter as possible to consider rezoning of Wensmann
Fourth Additian. City Gouncil will atso be asked to Consider the Wensmann
Fourth Acidi�ion Final Plat on September 19th.
