RE: Temporary Beer License
The city has received an application for a temporary beer iicense
from the Dakota County 40 & $ Voiture 1457 for the dates Ju1y 29
through July 30, 1989, Issuanee of a license will allow this
organization to sell beer at the American Legion' s annual chicken
iry during Leprechaun Days. The $15 license fee and the
certificate of insurance has been submitted. As part of the
consent agenda, I recommend that you approve a non-intoxicating
malt liquor license to the 40 & 8 on the dates mentioned above.
