4h. ORD�R PUBLIC HEARING/LIMERICK CROSSING PRELIMINARY
PLAT/REZONING
William Jacobson Associates has requested approval of a preliminary plat to
create a 2.72 acre parcel at the intersection of Dodd Blvd. and Shannon Parkway
to allow construction of a 32 unit rental townhouse project called Limeriek
Crossing. The project als� requires rezoning of the site from Agriculture to
Residential Multiple. This project would be located immediatly af Limerick Way
Townhouses which were also developecl by Jacobson Associates.
Staff requests that Council order a public hearing to consider the Limerick
Crossing preliminary plaUrezoning be held at the Jnly 18, 1989 City Council
Meeting at 8:Q0 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible.
