RE: Chelsea Woods Estates Rezoning
Attaehed is the ordinance approving the rezon.ing fo� Chelsea
Woods Estates from AG to RR. Since there were only three members
present at the June 20th Council meeting, the vote taken on
the rezoning did not represent a 4/5 vote as required by law.
Therefore, the June 20th actian on this matter would be
considered void; and we request that Council "re-adopt" the
attached ordinance.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING QRDINANCE NO. XVIi.3 - ZONING QRDINANCE
The City Council of the City of Rosemount, Minnesota ordains as
follows:
SECTT„QN I. Ordinance No, XVII.3, adopted October 19, 19'12, entitled,
"ZONING ORDINANCE,VILLAGE OF ROSEMOUNT,DAK�TA COUNTY,
MINNESOTA," is hereby amended to rezone fram AgriculCure District ta
RR Rural Reside»tial the following described property located within
the City of Rosemount, Minnesota, to-wit:
That property described as Chelsea Woods EstateR.
SE�TI�N II. The Zoning Map of the City of Rosemount referred ta
and described in said Ordinance No. XViI.3 as that certain map entitled,
"ZQNING MAP, VILLAGE OF ROSEMOUNT, MINNESOTA," shall not be
republished to show the aforesaid rezoning, bnt the Clerk shall
appropriately mark the said zoning map on fiie in the Clerk's Office for
the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this
Ordinance and all of the notation references ansi other informaiion
""" shown therevn are hereby incorporated by re[erence and made a part of
this Ordinance.
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its pablicatian according to law.
Enacted and ordained into an Ordinance this 5th day of July, 1989.
