Receive $ids/Award Contract 1989-2, West Ridge 3rd Addition
As of yet, Staff has not received the required Letter of Credit from the
developer, Rosemount Development Corporation. I have been in touch with Pir. Tim
Broback, President of Rosemount Development Corporation, regarding this matter
twice. He is aware of the requirements for the Le�ter of Credit. I 'have a
. meeting set up with him Wednesday morning, July 5, 1989 to discuss this matter
further. I wi11 inform Council about the results of that meeting at the Council
meeting that evening. Just in case I do get the Letter of Credit I have enclosed
the resolution receiving bids and awarding eontracts for West Ridge 3rd Addition.

A RESOLUTION RECEIVING BiDS AND AWARDING
CONTRACT ON WEST RIDGE 3RD ADDITION STREETS & UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT N0. 195
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Rosemount, rtinnesota, as I�
follows: '
l. All bids on construction of West Ridge 3rd Addition Streets & Utility
Improvements are hereby reGeived and tabulated.
2. The bid of Nodland Construction in the amount of $316,025 for the •
constructian of said impravements in accordance with the plans and
specifications and advertisement for bids is the lowest responsible bid
and shall be and hereby is accepted.
3. The rtayor and Cl�mrk ar� hereby authorized and directed tcr ente�c a,ttto a
contract with said bidder £o-r the con�tructic�n o� said �.mpxpvem�nt� £or
and on beha�f o£ the City of Ras�maunt.
4. The Gity Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to
,� all bidders the deposits made with thair bids, except that the deposit
of the successful bidder and the next two �.owest bidders shall be
retained until a contract has been executed.
