Post one Bid Opening-0'Leary's Hills 4th Additian, City Project 184
The developer, Steve Broback, was not able to either secure an adequate bond to
perform the necessary grading operations or have these operations performed by
the time we would open bids for this graject, which was set at Friday, Segtember
16, 1988. Therefore, rather than accepting bids and delaying contract award
until grading was complete, I recommend that we postpone the bid opening and wait
until we either receive a bond guaranteeing the grading or the grading actually
begins befare we go out an advertise for bids again.
