I� WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount ltas received a petition from
the developer and by a unanimous vote ordered a f�asibility report for utility
f and street improvements in Shannon Parkway/Connemar� Trail Utility and Street
� Improvements, Gity Project 189; and

WHEREAS, the Gity Council has received and aceepted the feasibility report on
� City Prajeet 189; and
; WHEREAS, the City Council ordered and held a public hearing to receive input on
j the project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council o£ the City of Rosemount
hereby orders the Shannon Parkway/Gonnemara Trail Utility and Street
Improvements, City Project 189.

Parkway/Connemara Trail Street and Utility Improvements, Project
